My experience with this company has been nothing less than horendous. To begin with I was given a machine to use in a bar that was unable to adjust for tips&why would the rep even consider doing this?

I tried many times to get the machine reprogrammed, they never would help.

I sold my business over 5 months ago and am sub-leasing the equipment to the new owner. I have had nothing but headaches from this company in trying to do so.

They say one thing one time and then it's something else the next time. I have done everything they have asked to try and get them off my back including sending them $85.00 to sub-lease the equipment. They then finally sent the paperwork and it was returned and they now say they never got it.

They are still harassing me for payment&they can repossess the equipment if they want but will never get another dime from me, especially when the machine can be taken back and leased to someone else.
