At the time i was using a machine furnished by my bank. The salesman from lfg offered me a lease agreement slightly cheaper than the bank, i told him i was trying to sell the restaurant. The salesman said this was o.K. That the company used the lease agreement expecting that a new owner would continue the lease or if a business closed they would be sure they would get the equipment back. This sounded logical to me. The business did not sell at that time, do to losses i had to close the doors.

I thought my obligation was complete, but they kept billing me. I called them several times to resolve the matter to no avail. This is when the harassment began. Two notes, lfg could not get the machine working for the first two months it was installed we had to call them every night, it would not accept certain credit cards. My wife did find the receipt where we returned the equipment with cit permission. The equipment went to cit, delivered 14 nov. 2000 at 233 n michigan ave. Chicago, ill. 60601.

The salesman's name was william schofill - thanks for all your trouble& the equipment went priority usps..
