The so called Company, Lease Finance Group, a division of Newcourt Financial USA Inc. Has continued to draw $49.65 out of our checking account.

We returned our machine, which we have proof of, ups, reciept and date and check were we paid to have it shipped to the address when calling to get the address Lease Finance Group told me to call another number, spoke with someone named Jessica, she gave me address to sent machine. Our contract with this company was up, we were moving to another location, and decided to go with another company. With this new company at least from time to time when we need help the rep. Will come in to our store. The two people who leased the first to us, we never found them again, phones cut off, no address existed, gone just like that.

I continuley get the run around about the equipment and the lease. I have sent letters, and proof, and they just sent us back a lease copy, It is our new lease with the new company! I have their lease, not the same. And also on the lease from Lease Finance, The basic monthly payment was $29.97, so why do they continue to take $49.65?

I feel that this Company is bogus! Crooks, and I am tired of talking to a person on the phone that i can barely understand. Please help, give us a clue on how to handle this situation.
