Merelle Worldwide Extracted $39.95 from my checking account without my authorization and would not refund it to me

I was interested and inquired about a home based business from the internet. Supposedly it was "as seen on TV" like CNN, Fox News etc (probably for internet ripoff scams). I signed up and paid the $9.95 shipping fee (which was deducted from my account immediately and said nothing about returning the packet) for the informational packet.

This stupid packet included nothing but testimony from individuals claiming they had 6 figure salaries blah, blah, blah. I was to follow a series of steps before I was informed about any job duties. I did not follow these steps. If I am not interested in something, I am naturally going to throw the information packet away as I did.
