Deducted money out of bank account and never sent packet promised ripoff

Kensington mailed a post card stating that they could help you get grants from the goverment for at least 5,000.00. They talk you into the bank draft information to deduct 299.97, and upon getting that, you receive a packet by mail.

The packet was supposed to contain info on where to apply for all these grants for up to 150,000.00. And if you do not succeed in the loan, they will refund your money with in 6months.

Well, I never got the packet and it has been 3 weeks (supposed to be 7-10 days).
