Inc Warranty Ripoff

Purchased a Pneumatic Took Kit and 5hp Compressor as a Christmas gift. Would not start, motor seized, to mu embarssment. Asked for warranty information as they do not send with products. I would have to pay an additional $165. To ship back for "repair" (not replacement) insure, and ship back to me. This would make the cost of this product approx.$465. Total cost / Home Depot has them for even less than the price I originally agreed to and paid. Arguing about them getting product returned to them and refunding my total cost and shipping cost.
