The company will not ship the product until you buy the warranty or insurance

I bought Pioneer AVIC-F900BT Navigation reciever for $775 from HDcameraworld.com I was really happy about the price because cheapest online price was $830 As soon as I purchase, I recieved the letter that I need to confirm the order by phone.

So I called them, and that's the where problems began.

First time I called, they ask me "Do you want the warranty?" I said, "no" He said, "ok, enjoy your shopping" I called them next day because the shipping method that I select was 3 day delivery but I have not recieve the tracking number yet.

When I ask them for tracking number, they say "if you buy the 3-year warranty then I will ship it right away. Wanrranty is $299 but I will do it for you $199" I said, "Is that mean, if I don't buy the warranty from you guys, you will not ship the product?"

He said, "No if you don't want the warranties that's fine. I will send the product today with the insurance and that will add up your total cost which will be $950"

I said, " I don't want both of them. Just send me the product that I purchase with shipping method which the total was $818"

He said, "the product must ship out with the insurance and if you cancle the order there is fee that we charge"

I said, "you know what, the reason why I'm buying it here is cheap price. Now I don't see no reason to buy it here. Cancle my order." (I was gonna ask him about why I have to pay for the cancle fee in detail but he interrupted)

He said, "Ok, I will ship the product with insurance for $950" (He tried hang up on me right after he said it)

I said, "no no no!!! I said i don't want it"

He said, "Ok I will cancle your order" and He hang up on me right away.

I was like WTF!!! So I called them again, they hang up on me without saying a word. I called them again, they don't pick up the phone.

Don't buy it from here. I was about to charged $200 warranty and top of that $130 of insurance on $775 product.
