I ordered the U-glu product through the internet after seeing the product advertised on TV. The ordering process grabs your credit card information and charges you before you have a chance to review the order with the total cost. I was charged $42.28, $13.98 of which was shipping and handling for something that should not cost more than $5.00 to ship.
