Non-delivery of goods

We placed an order for a CD ripping robot in September on the basis it would be sent immediately. Patrick McGrath even implied, before we paid, that our machine "was ready and waiting".

We paid USD$4500 in advance and waited.

To cut a very long story short, it's now January and no machine, no money and RipFactory haven't responded to any of our emails for a month.
