Rip off! They will scam you

This company is nothing but a scam they cheated me out of 990.00$. First of all they told me that they worked closely with alot of large credit companies and they could get my intrest rate reduced even if only a little. So I agreed they promised that I would get my money refunded if they could not get my rate reduced but tried to contact company so many times to never get through for months.

After 3 months finally got through they set up a3 way call to my credit card co. And once connected they only thing the rep did was say"I am a employee for XXXXX XXXXXX and was calling to see if we could get his intrest rate reduced and then the credit card rep started asking questions and all the talking was left up to me!

I was not prepared at all for this if I had known I would have I would of had statments and maybe prepared about what I was asking them to do.in the end the answer was NO and was told that I could call back 90 days later and ask again so the rep just told me so sorry to call them back a couple of weeks later.

So I did and never got through for over a month calling almost every day! Finally got lucky and was answered by a customer service rep and was told that I would need to speak to a manager and never was contacted. After 6 months later and out 990.00$ and now paying intrest on that 990.00$ I contacted the better bus bureau and filed a complaint faxed all promises and paperwork and explained 'their promises' they opened a complaint and spoke with the company one time and then the phone number was changed or disconnected so my complaint still remains against the co.

So trust anyone from this company their promises and guarantees are nothing but a scam. They also operated under a couple different variations of the name so beware
