I resigned as operations manager from this company on the 21st March for the following reasons:

1. Fraudulent business transactions being carried out.

2. Unpaid wages.

Staff wages are consistently late, staff wages cheques have bounced.

I am currently owed 1,899.72 in unpaid wages dating back to February and have been forced to initiate county court action for recovery.

I have been promised these funds for over a month, I do not believe there is any intention to pay them.

Late staff wages, bounced cheques, unpaid suppliers and unfulfilled orders present a clear and truthful picture of this company.

I have consistently been lied to about the status of customer orders and transactions, including those posted on usacomplaints.com, whilst working for this company.

I strongly advise against paying up front for any goods or services from Ripfactory Ltd.
