Vending machine rip off scam fraud

Joe Koch was supposed to provide us with a vending machine and did but it was inoperable. We paid a reputable repair shop to service it and they said that it was not worth repairing it. We made Joe's delivery guy come pick it up with the promise that Joe would have another machine for us the next week. This all occured in April.

Long story short after almost 3 months, countless phone calls and excuses we still don't have this machine. We are still out the cost of the machine, the repair bill on the inoperable machine, the delivery fee, several days taken off work waiting for him to show up and "deliver a new machine" as well as a trailer rental fee when he no showed after agreeing that we would just come pick it up ourselves.

Stay away from this man! He is a scammer and will not follow through with his business contracts but does play the nice "grandpa" type well.
