Ripoff paid extra to receive my order within 10 days its now 4 weeks and still waiting for shipment

I ordered a pilate machine 4 weeks ago. Paid extra for it to be delivered within 10 days. Iam still waiting for machine and every time I call the # that I places the order it is busy.

Also have a another number i called 100 times and waited 15 min but no one came on the line.

I am discusted and fed up with waiting and want to cancel my order but cant reach anyone. They better not try to charge my account for the product I never received
