Corruption! How did they get my info?

I will not say beware of this company because once you know that it exists it is too late!

This company claims that I filled out a form for coupons or gift certificates and signed up for their services. I have now idea how, but my mother found the charges on her phone bill. I haven't lived with my mother in years. I have my own home phone at my home. Why would I charge this to my mother? Obviously, they have outdated information on me.

I do not recall filling out any form for this company that I have never heard of, nor would I. I'm a working wife and mom. I don't have time to check my own voicemail.

The service was cancelled, so they have stated, from my mother's phone bill. That makes me happy however, now I will be mailed the bill for the service they claim I signed up for. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE That this kind of business exists.

They will not help me when I call their toll free number. It is the same story verbatim every time I call. After they think they have answered my question they simply say there is nothing else they can do for me and disconnect the call. I call back, of course. Now they say I am harassing them. They have threatened to call their attorney and my local authorities if I call again. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!

I wish they would call their attorney or MY LOCAL authorities. It is easy to see what is going on here. Just google this company, it's just page after page of complaints and horror stories of this "business".

Sure 14.95 is not a lot of money, but to some people that is very important. I would hate to know that my Grandmother was hit with this.innocent victims! It is really scary.

Where did they get my information, and just how much information do they have? How many people are in this same boat with me?

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Communications Commission, and the Minnesota Attorney General's Office. I want this company stopped! No more innocent consumers should have to deal with this garbage!
