Unifund CCR
Garnished my wages!

Yesterday I recieved an email fromwhile at work saying they had recieved orders for wage garnishment along with a pdf format including details. Upon research of the court docunmetns I found the name Unifund and did some research to see who the company was and or the original creditor.
I had no clue who unifund was as it didnt mention the original creditor on any documents. I immediately called my garnishment/hr department and left a message questioning the validity of this since no previous attempts to contact me were made. I then looked at my paycheck information available through my company's website and saw that 229 dollars had been garnished from my paycheck scheduled the next day!
I called Butler County Court Area II to see what legal action I could do to stop and get a trail date. She gave me information possibly pertaining to the original credit card debt (which I'll research) and a number to Unifund. I then googled unifund and found out about a lot of the 'shady' things they've done. They did this to me right before Christmas b/c I cant stop the garnish or get a court date until after the holidays. I am requesting a date to go to court but have no clue how to procede. On the court request form i put the reason being: the validity of the debt saying i wanted original contract with my signature. Help.
