MyIproducts
AT&T - ESBI - Cramming, Fraud, Identity Theft

Education & Science

For 7 months, MyIproducts, via ESBI, via AT&T was billing me $14.95 for services I had never heard of, ordered, or received. When I realized that the extra charge had nothing to do with my telephone or internet services I was obtaining from AT&T, I was outraged. Who were these other companies? Where did the get they get my private information? Why didn't AT&T inform me that a third party had attached extra charges to my bill; and what those charges were supposed to be for?

Apparently, I had been a victim of what is called "cramming, " and the parasite companies who were "cramming" my phone bill fraudulantly obtained my information when I entered information into an online website promising such things as free shampoo, lotion, etc.

If you do a little research, you'll find information pertaining to such scams which go back to, at least, 1998.

Think about how much these parasites companies have bled from consumers. If (as I was) a consumer was charged $14.95 per month, one million consumers would be worth about 15 million dollars; and that's just for one month!

We're talking about billions and billions of dollars; and no one, no one but us, The People, can stop it. How can we stop it? By getting LOUD.

1. Call your telephone company— AT&T, Verizon, Vonage, whomever you use— and complain. File a dispute and insist that it be maintained in their dispute files.insist that the third party, paracite companies, be blocked from billing charges to your monthly phone bill.

2. Call the parasistes— ESBI, USBI, ZPDI, OAN, HPS, Anabill, Orbit Telecom, Mainstreet, etc.— and demand that they cease their fraudulant practices, and provide you with a full refund. Not just for the one month that will be offered, but a FULL refund (in my case it was 7 months).

3. Find out the business address for the parasist company (in my case it was ESBI which is located Texas) and the company they claim to be billing for (in my case it was MyIproducts Imail which is located in Minnesota), and file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, and the Utility Regulatory Commission in the states where they located.

4.in whichever state you are living in (if it is different from the parasites or the companies they claim to represent), file complaints with your own state's Better Business Bureaus, Attorney Generals, and Utility Regulatory Commissions, as well.

5. File complaints with the Federal Trade Commission for consumer fraud and identity theft; and The United States Postal Service for mail fraud (your phone bill comes via standard snail-mail).

The Minnesota Attorney General secured a full refund for me; but that does not begin to compensate me for the hours I've spent pursuing the matter telephone calls; internet research into the pertinent parties, other victims, and agencies who might assist me; written communication with investigating agencies; time and travel to and from the Office Max where I made copies of the evidence; and time and travel to and from the Post Office where I mailed my evidence to those who requested it not to mention copying fees, postage, and the outrage and anxiety I've have experienced.

I want some real justice; and AT&T, ESBI, and MyIproducts is not done hearing from me about this matter.
