Navicomm - One Call Long Distance
Ripoff, found more information on company and I cant believe this!

I use my mother-in-laws computer and the phone bill was put into her name. We had received a bill from Navicomm, LTD / One Call Long Distance claiming we owed them $109.21. We got this bill just this past week, but they claim the charges are from February!!!

When I tried to contact the company, I NEVER was directed to a customer service rep (being on hold several times, then being disconnected. Hmmm?) So I decided to do a Google search for this company. It brought me to this website. After reading up on all the information from other consumers, I decided to do a more thorough search.

I went to the Better Business Bureau website, filled out what information I could. It gave me an address for the company, but it is not the one you see on the bill. It comes from Las Vegas, Nevada. And they apparently may be doing business without a valid business license. They have no membership with the BBB, and they have an "unsatisfactory record" with the Bureau.

Just thought I would pass along this information. I am NOT paying this bill, and i suggest the same advice for all others who received bills from this "company".
