Ripoff, dishonest, stupid need to be put out of business

This company is a ripoff. When you call them they will not talk to you. So what's the point of having a telephone number. They also took my money and i never recieved my card they say they was going to email. They keep emailing me with the same bull cramp saying it was a mistake on my behalf. So i emailed they back stating i want my money back and they replied with a email address telling me to go the website and file the return form. But the email address is not real. These people need to be band from the internet. I want my money back and plan to get it back. I notified my bank that they are not to give them any more money from my account. These people are sick and ripoffs.
