Ripoff they are giving me a hard time just to give me a refund

One day i was on the internet trying to borrow money threw some companys like cash advance. I applyed for a few but the companys was not gonna allow to borrow what i needed so i quit. Two days later i call my bank to make sure my balance is what i thought it would be 0.00 dollars cause i always check even though i dont use my check card or checks. The automated service said i had a bank draft for 49.95.

I call customer service and the bank charged me an extra 33.00 dollars for over draft. The bank told me that secret cash card took money out. I call secret cash card to try to get my money back in my account that i didnt have. The woman who i spoke to told me i have to go to secretcashcardservice.com and email them and tell them to cancel the service and refund my money when all she had to do is refund my money over the phone.

So im thinking why is there a phone number to contact when they cant help you. She also said once they get my response it will take 72 hours to refund my money which will be a check. Three days pass i still didnt hear anything, so i kept emailng them, finally the next day they respond telling me they need my address and name to mail me a check back, they supposed to contact me in 24 hours and heard nothing, the responce said this is one time charge if the charge is not debited, the card gets canceled automatically if you have not activated it. It said please communicate threw the help desk but there is no help desk to go to. That is the only notice i recieved in three days, i think they send me that email is because i threatened to report them. I saved the email just in case i can send it out so you can see. All why would me or my husband give someone my account number to send me a stupid cash card that doesnt have any money to use as a debit card when i have my own, and knowing i dont have any money in my account and bank draft my self.

Some how they got my account on the internet, i dont recall signing up for that. I checked the web sight and there is a note saying if you want to sing up they would debit your account for a fee for 49.95. Why would i do that when i didnt have any money in my account. Please help me solve this issue.
