Strange Days Clothing Stole money out of my account with debit card info. And no merchandise delivered

Phattpants.com, AKA Strange Days Clothing, owner Chris Barry is a RIPOFF! I ordered a pair of pants from him for my son and he said his credit card machine was "broken" and could I please email my info. So I did. He sent me back an invoice for the cost and then the next day he took out 25 dollars more than what he said it would be. I emailed him about it and he never gave me an answer on that.

I kept emailing him for days asking him to email me back and to stop ignoring me and to give me a date when I would get my order and he finally emailed back and said "computer issues". He said he would email me with shipping info and I never got that. The next day he stole 210 dollars out of my bank account just out of the blue!!! This is after he had already gotten payment for my order!!!

I had enough at that point and went to my bank and filed a dispute against him. I printed all of the emails out for them so they could see his lies. Afterwards, they said it was fine to contact him at that point because my card was shut down at that point and he could not steal from me anymore.

I emailed him when I got home and told him I had filed a dispute against him and that he could make it easy and give me back all of my money or my bank was going to take it from him. He emailed me and said he was "so so sorry" and he would "fix it straight away". He said he would get back with me in a couple of hours. That was eight days ago and no money. I am confident, as well as is my bank, that I will have my money in a few days.

Watch out for this guy, he is a RIPOFF!!
