Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing non-existent customer service

I ordered 2 pairs of pajamas from their website. I immediately received an email from them, confirming my order. Soon after, i received another email from them, telling me that one of the items i ordered was out-of-stock, and did i want to pick something else. I replied, "no, please just send the 1 pair you have. If you've already charged my cc for both pairs, please just credit my card for the 1 pair not available.

I get the 1 pair of pjs—try them on—they don't fit. The very next day i went to their website, followed their instructions for returning an item. I sent it UPS and tracked it; they received it 2 days later. The person who signed for it was listed, etc.

About 1 week later, i noticed that i didn't receive a confirmation email, telling me that they received my return. I shop online frequently, and that is the normal procedure. So, i emailed them, asking if they could confirm with me that they received my return. I even emailed them the UPS tracking record.

2 days later, and no reply. I re-send the email. No reply. I emailed them 5-6 times, each email getting more irate. I faxed them. When you call their phone number, it does not allow messages to be left. It is only a recording, telling you to go their website and email or fax them. Brilliant! Much easier to rip people off, when they don't have to talk to an actual person, or hear a irritated customer asking "where's my refund?"

The amount of money was small ($62). For me, i just couldn't stand to have some jive, dishonest jerks take my hard earned cash. I finally called my credit card company & told them of the ripoff. They credited my card the very next day.
