The saga continues ripoff

Please help me understand this company. I reported them earlier this year about a fault router still under manufacter warranty which they had been giving me the run-around and which they finally replaced while making very dishonest comments about it being a communication problem. They sent me a router which after less than 2 months I had to spend 13 hours for them to again reluctantly accept to replace it after their technicians had in less than an hour verified that it was faulty.
I informed them that my lease was up and I was moving at the end of september. They mailed the replacement on oct 4th to my old address through Fedex. I have spent 3 hours with linksys and have nothing but an ear full of excuses, denials and outright incompetence.
I spent 5 minutes with fedex who asked me to tell them (linksys the shipper) to fill out a claims report and forward it to them. The linksys customer service rep says he is not authorised to do this. What in heavens name goes on in that company? I feel sorry for their employees who are so defensive instead of being soluiton oriented as this reflects on what their management team is all about.
It's a shame that this company only reacts to public complains.
