Ripoff sells defective product provides terrible customer service

Purchased a Linksys router, thought they were the best in the market, worked for approximately 6 months. Called customer service, was referred back to a "Senior Support Technician" at lease 6 times. The trouble shoot lasted 2 days and almost 7 hours. The support technicians were all foreign and hard to understand on the phone. The RMA department was ill equipped and seemed to be untrained when handling what they are there to do, process RMA's. I sent back the faulty device, at my own expense, 20 days ago. The USPS tracking # shows it was delivered to them 14 days ago, yet there web site and repeated emails and phone calls does not reflect this and they have yet to send the replacement device. I have a home business that is suffering with out wireless capabilities. I have tried every phone # on the web site to try and get some kind of satisfactory answer as to what is going on. Know body at the company seems to even care. I used linksys support 3 years ago, and it was great, what the hell happened. I had a defective linksys device in the past, which they replace within 2 weeks, this is why i purchase linksys again. I guess my only recourse is to purchase another vender's product.By By linksys.
