2.) An unsuspected client calls the ad and a gentle sale person answers the phone "without even checking" or saying "yes it is still available" before you even get a chance to ask if an apartment is available.

3.) You walk into their office, they charge you $200 and change for a credit check and a background check. They givie you a bullshit number which is 646-265-3970 which leads to voice mail. 4.) You call their customer support, they give you listings of apartments which haven't been available for 6 months to 2 years.
