FASTAUCTIONPROFIT ripoff, took money from my account without permission or approval

I was charged 1.97 on September 9, didn't think there was that much to get upset about because it was such a LOW dollar amount. Figured it was a glitch at the bank, however I did notify the bank.
Now I have been charged 49.95 by the same company for something that I did not order, apply for or know anything about!

When I have tried to contact the company, I am told by customer service that the computers are down, or they are working on it... Whatever! I want my money back. EARN MONEY ON eBay? How does anyone earn money when they are being robbed by this company?
OH! I get it! You take it from people who didn't order your product and give it to people who DID order your product!
