This company offers a "no risk" free trial on sites that have free products. Then when you order the "free" trial for 1.99. They send it as costing over $140.00. So you are charged $27.00 at the post office. I refused and told the post office to send it back. Which I assumed is stating that I don't want the product. I am then charged $73.00 on my bank account. I called them up and asked why they would take $73.00 out of my account. I had not given them permission to do so. They said that they never received the return, so my account was still open. Bull crap! That was about 4 weeks ago that it was returned. I told them to cancel the account and that they should return my money as I have not received any product, and returned the free sample. They said they would cancel the account, but that they would not return my money, and that I would be charged another 73.00 in July. I got very upset by this, and they said I didn't need to yell, there was not reason to get upset, this is just the way it is done. There customer service is no help. They are not concerned about keeping the customer happy. They are only concerned about how much money they can get out of you. I'm appalled by this type of business practice going on. Horrible way to treat people. This no risk is going to cost me $148.00 by the time it's done, for nothing, Total Rip off!
