Fraudulent Company

This company sent me a package which i not order, I explained this to them, the insisted on telling me that I order their product on December 13 at 12:30 am. This is impossible I tired asking to speak to a supervisor amd was told that they did not have a supervisor on the floor that i could speak to regarding my concerns, I was told that if I did not return the product that they would charge my credit card $119.00, I did not order the product to begin with, they charged my credit card with out my permission $18.80, it costed me $25.00 to return the product to them. This company is taking people crediti card numbers charging them without thier permission. There needs to be something done about how this company is allowed to do business in the manner in which they do. I would like this looked into and I would like my money refunded in the amount of $43.80, I did not order the product and I feel that I should not have to pay this money for something I did not order and do not want.
