On May 16th I phoned the 800 phone number to order the silver dollar offed for shipping and handling charge of $4.95.
The person I spoke with at the order end of the phone took the order, to be charged $4.95 on my checking account visa card, which I gave her at that time.
Then she started telling me about all the other things I would be getting and the cost kept going up and up.
At that time I told her to stop and cancel the order right then and there, that I did not want it. I also said there won't be any charges to my account, right? She said, there won't be any charges, the order is canceled.
Today, May 22 I got a letter from my bank that I am over drawn because of charges made by this company of. $4.95,6.95, and 39.95. The bank also charged me $33.00 for over drawn fees on each seperate amount, for a total of $99.00 in fees.
I have not recieved any merchandise from this company, and the order was suppose to be canceled.
Therefore, this company willfully and knowingly robbed my account of money that was not theres to take. They broke the law, plain and simple, and should be prosecuted for for larceny and theift!
I want my money returned, plus the cost of the fees the bank is charging me.
