Ripoff Took money out of account twice instead of once as stated in first phone call

I did order a sample of their product. Money was taken out of account for that. Totally ok with that. Called to cancel order as I did not like product.

I was told that it had already been shipped and it had been taken out of account 4/10/05. Did not go thru my account until 4/12/05. Amount was for $70.00. Said they would return it when I send product back with certified mail. My bank called 4/13/05 and said that they had run that same amount again thru my account. It overdrawed my account the second time, so I incurred overdrafts totally $60.00.

I called the company and was told that yes, they had charged my account another $70.00 for another product they were sending me. I have not got that product. I have only received only one product. I will send it back for a full refund.

My complaint is that they took another $70.00 out of my account without my authorization. I was not aware that I would be charged $140.00 instead of $70.00. When I ordered this product, I only ordered one.

I called the company and they said that I should be getting the other product sometime soon, even though I didn't know I was getting it. Now I have to wait for it before I send it back. So my account remains minus the original $70.00 plus another $70.00.

I would really appreciate any help you could give me. Thank you.
