Big Ripoff! Dishonest, tricky, Fraud!

I'm an employee from Colich J.R. Pipeline J.V. Company. IDCSERVCO called us saying that they were our "Copier Company" which is "California Office Systems" and saying that the price of our toner will increase and we should get the toner right away while the toner price is still at low cost. After that, they faxed a order confirmation right away and wanting me to sign the order form and fax it back to them. At that time, I just did what they said since I "thought" it's our Copier company then we have no worries. After a few days, we received 3 toners instead of 2 but the problem was that, IT'S the WRONG toner. Our copier is a Toshiba and they sent us 3 Xerox toners. We've been trying to reach them so we can have the "correct" toner but for 2 straight weeks, we could not get through to them. Finally, we received a bill, we decided not to pay since we can't even contact them. Since we didn't bother to pay their bills, they finally contact us. We told them that the reason we didn't pay them was because they didn't send us the "correct" toners. They decided to have ups come and picked up the 3 toners. A week later, we've received the Toshiba toner but we only received "1" of the 2 toners that we've ordered. A few days afterward, they billed us (again) but still, we couldn't contact them so we ignored their bills.in order for us to pay the bills, we need "both" of the toshiba toners and again, they called us and we told them that we've only received one of the two toners and we're not paying until we received the other toner. They finally sent the other toner and it's a good thing that we have not use the toners "yet". Since we're having problems with this company and their products are expensive, we did a research and found a few other websites and this website. Since we have not pay them or use their products yet, we're sending back their products and discontinue services with them.
