Ripoff stated they were from our Copier company increase in price for toner requested immediate return on signed authorization to ship us one last toner at previous rate before the increase

I received a call from from a representative stating they were calling regarding our Toshiba copier. That they wanted to give us a courtesy call notifying us that our current rate for 1 carton of black toner was being increased but they will send us one last shipment under the previous amount. They faxed a form requiring a signature to approve the charges and requested a return faxed immediately so they could get the prevous rate in. Since I am new to the compnay I tried to call them back to figure out how many toners are in a carton, when unsuccessful I went online to find their website only to see someone else had a similar story.

I then realized after a discussion with my supervisor that progressive is not the company we purchase out toner from.

They are scam artists.
