This company had all the information on the copier we used and claimed we had a contract with them. When they called with all the correct information, I believed it was legitimate and provided them with my name.
After receiving six (6) Toner Cartridges from this company, I called them and asked them to provide the contract information because there was no way we could use all these toners since I haven't opened one yet.
I was told that there were four (4) more toner cartridges to be shipped to us this year, but they would hold them until December before shipping any more out since I had more than I needed already, but there was no offer to provide me with a copy of the contract.
I called the company where we purchased the copier from, also we whom we had the contract and was told they were not affiliated with One Source Supply and should not be receiving any toner from them.
By this time, we have paid $ 329.00 per toner cartridge for six toners this year, when the cartridges should have only been $ 72.00 each.
This company has been very deceitful in claiming they were providing toner cartridges for the contract we had with another company. They knew the kind of copier and who our contract was with. They charged outrageous prices all the while claiming they had the contract with us that had to be satisfied.
