Ripoff, rude customer service reps, do not want to works with custome

Had T-Mobile for 1-1/2 yr. Got together with someone and got the Family plan. Biggest problem is getting signals... What a joke most of the time. Family plan if you decide to end family plan persons name on acct is responsible for 2nd phone. That's OK, though when I went back to single phone plan T-mobile said I could make payments on the 2nd phone for cancelling. Sounds OK. Lol. When billing time came and I tried to set up payment plan for 2nd phone I was refused even though I was never later with my bill.

So T-Mobile says "PAY ALL OR WE SHUT BOTH PHONES OFF AND SEND YOU TO COLLECTIONS". Well my response was bite me (not in words that nice) and you can send me to collections I don't care. So just to let everyone know T-mobile would rather send people to collections (Tax write off) than work with you. How stupid is that of them and I tried numerous times to get them to work with me.in my opinion T-MOBILE IS THE WORST PROVIDER OUT THERE!
