Ripoff

This company took money out of my back account with out my authority. When iI called they said that I agreed to the service which I did not. They told me that they would not refund my money.

They told me that they have cancelled the services but how can I be sure that they are not lying to me. I really need the money back that they took. They also told me that they sent out a welcome letter that I never recived.

I think that that was a lie and I wonder how many people they have ripped off. Something should be done about that. If I can get some help in this matter please cantact me.
