Direct4u ripoff Greenville south carolina

On Friday July 29 I phone direct4u rep (866) 498-6563, I got the number from a flier. The rep was suppose to give me a return call with an installation date and time. I called 4 times trying to get inforamtion and the customer service reps were very rude.

Finally the fourth call this rude customer service rep stated "you have an appointment for August 1 between 9-1";I guess in dealing with this company you much be able to read minds. Ok, so on Monday I call to ask if they could give me an estimate time because I work third shift and the rude customer service replied "ms it is not 1:00 yet and hang up the phone." I called back to try and cancel my services which took me 2hrs to speak to someone after being given several numbers (800) 323-1994, (800) 247-2803 (864) 846-0000 (877) 391-1212 (888) 463-0948 and doing these calls after calling directtv they had an install at my home installing three rec and 1 tivo system before I could get in touch with someone at direct4u to cancel.

After I finally go in touch with someone and asked about my refund their had the nerve to say that it would take 5-12 weeks for me to get my money back. I have even spoke with a manager who was to call me back on August 2 about my refund and haven't heard anything. They told me that I had to fax them my bank information to receive a refund. $149.97 (786) 279-7011.

This company is truly comitting illegal activity and I will also report them to the BBB and to Direct tv corporte office. If anyone is planning on get directtv please contact directtv and don't use the fliers or any other ads that is offering directtv. My installation agreement had 49.98 and they withdrawal 149.97 from my account.
