Direct4U Direct TV
Ripoff, destoryed my house during the install and will not call back direct4u.com Internet

I called Direct4U to install my Direct TV satellite. The did not show up the day to install it nor did they call. I then called to find out where they were and they said the installer was on the way. They never showed up. I called back to reschedule the installer came and put his foot through my ceiling, destroyed my window, and patio deck. The company has not provided information to have my house repaired and I am getting the runaround when I call. I have holes in my ceiling, window and patio. Direct TV came out and moved the dish but would not take responsibility for the services.

There is no physical address for the company and I will contact the Attorney General to investigate the company. Direct TV will not take responsibility for their service provider. Meanwhile my house is still in need of repair.
