Cell phone Rip OFF!

I have a cell phone that has terrible service! I drop calls 85% of the time! Time and time again I have called in and they have assured me that they are upgrading there system!

That was two years ago! Nothing new yet!
My phone quit working two days ago and I have to mail it in to get it fixed. Needless to say I will have no cell phone for two weeks but will be getting charged for it due to the fact that they have no loaner phones!

When I renewed my contract I told them of my concerns for the service and they assured me that they were upgrading this time and that I would have good service.

Well it has become worse instead of better.
The kicker of the deal is that I am in a contract and I can not get out of it without paying $400. I can't believe that people can do that. That is why they want a contract because they know that there service is bad but they still want money!

I didnt even sign a contract with them!

Back in the good old days there use to not be contracts. Because they actually cared about the customer. THey didnt have to worry about loosesing customers because of crappy service!
