I finally joined the cell phone world with a cell phone as a christmas gift. We signed up for a flat rate service. We have only used or tried to use our phones for emergencys only. Since Jan 1, I've had two emergencys and both times unicel has shut off our service. The phones were paid for at time of purchase with a service agreement and activation. Unicel keeps billing us for the cost of the phones, late charges. I sent my receipt in for the $100 each rebate (should of sent them a copy). I received the rebate. They continue to bill us for the cost of the phones. I have paid my bill on time each month but still I'm being charged for late fees and the cost of the phone. I contacted the retailer, who sent the money to unicel. Unicel lost the money but still cashed the check. I want out of my agreement and unicel to get it right. Does or has any one else had similiar problems? Help! This has been a nightmare.
