Ripoff took payments & disappeared, no work done

Mr. Charles Mangle of Mangel Construction Co. Was hired by me to construct a new home.

Mr. Mangle received payments to buy materials and was never seen again; however I did have a chance to recieve his licence #428219412 (which may be a host also).

Mr. Mangle recieved thousands of dollars from me for work he did not preform.
