I contracted with Mitch Rabideau Construction 2 years ago to build a small retirement home for me.

He has taken my money and materials and abandoned the job—he seems not to be able to do many of the things he "sold" me—the in-floor heat seems ill done according to two consultants I hired to inspect the work. The roof work may be shabby as well; a roofing expert I hired to inspect the job says that the installation is "suspect." Mr. Rabideau has been making my custom windows for almost all of the 2 years; he seems unable to do the construction of them, however. He should not be trusted in any respect; he seems unable to complete work; he seems unable to do that which he says he can do; he is totally incapable of time/money management. Do not hire this man/company!
