Ripoff questionable business practice

Advanced Pools has a long history of ripping off its customers. After discussing that I would remove my redwood gazebo prior to pool construction I came home early one day and caught one of their employees tearing down the redwood gazebo of mine, he told me that the owner had charged another customer of his for it.

Unbeknownst to the owner of the pool company I knew his concrete contractor and when I showed up on the work site during concrete framing I noticed that the amount of area looked to be smaller and the sub (friend) told me that the owner told him to short the amount of concrete as much as possible. Of course, Advanced fixed the "mix up" but not until I threatened to advise other customers to measure the actual amount of concrete they received.
