Bad Customer Service Buying a new Washer and Dryer - Kenmo

Just had the worst experience at Sears, came in ready to purchase $3000 set of kenmoore front load washer and dryer! We navigated their credit/percent off scemes to get good deal and got to final number! We had not used sears card since I last bought W/D. It was inactive and when we went to activate it wouldnt do it right away, so the guy hands me the form back and says sorry! Mind you i could have written a check, used a debut card, or another credit card! So I asked the associate and he called managment if they could make then sale at same price w/o sears card! Manager said "no"! What a dummy. $3000 sale out the door! Mr. Sears rolling in grave over such poor service!

What was more suprising that the whole ordeal, is that we spent an hour looking at machines, comparing, talking through warrenties, and the salesman didnt even offer to take away the "use your sears card" discount and sell to us through another means. We left the store and at the bottom of the escalator, I went back up to speak to the manager who made this decision to see if he understood what the whole deal was and what the store was about to loose. Not only on appliances, but this is where we buy our tools, yard equipment, and do some school and Christmas shopping. To no avail when we returned, only a minute from walking away, the manager had "gone to lunch". Ken and Brian. Sears should release you as you are ruining the stores history of Great customer service.
