Broken Dryer, Washer Delivered without Discharge hose and poor customer support - Maytag

Bought a washer and dryer on Aug 31st from Sears in Cumming, GA. Delivery scheduled for Sept 8th. Delivered without discharge hose for washer. I went to Sears to pick-up one. Returned home and started first wash. Dryer heated but did not tumble. Called and requested they come an pick up and I would purchase elsewhere. Scheduled pick up date Sept 11th. On Sep 9th called and offered to keep the units if they would repair by 11th. Store manager was rude and said he could not assure us that would happen. Cancellation still in effect and pickup scheduled for Spet 11th between 10-12:30. Received call from delivery truck at 12:30pm requesting that they delay pickup till later in the day because the truck was filled with delivery items. Agreed as long as they could do it by 4:30. At 5:45 still no truck. Called driver, he was broken down, but could call when he wanted to delay, but not when he knew it was not going to happen that day. Called customer service. Wanted re-scheduled pickup on Thursday Sept 13th. Told they do not come to our area on that day. Customer service could not understand why I thought it unreasonable that they try to accomodate me. No one could make anything happen. Just a bunch of people who have no interest or idea about customer satisfaction. Will never purchase from Sears again.
