No good - Shark Steam Mop

I bought the shark steam mop 2 months ago thinking it would be great i was very wrong! I have a small baby who has started crawling and thought it would be great for killing germs and leaving my floors looking like new (as promised) after using this i still have to wash my floors with a mop there left looking dirty after the shark steam mop. I think this product is a rip off and there using false advertisement. This product cost me 120euro which took me a good while to save for. I think it is a disgrace it cost so much and still does not work right. It really was the worst thing i ever bought. It really makes me mad how this company is ripping people off
