Claim process was a nightmare

State procedure was a headache. I had been on-hold for over an hour or so ultimately hung-up called back and pushed 1 for revenue and what are you aware somebody acquired immediately. Was placed on store again and after another 15 minute. Of store was attached to a statements individual (which suspiciously seemed similar to the salesperson I talked with beforehand). They questioned exactly what the issue was and stated something technology might contact me within 24hrs. I had been uneasy using the entire encounter and so I proceeded to get hold of a plumber who I understood caused the corporation previously and questioned when they nevertheless caught providers through Nationwide. He advised me they ceased employing Nationwide because of non payment of providers. Hmmm I proceeded to contract the fix myself and contact Nationwide back again to stop the state I'd set in. Before eliminating the state I questioned when they might prorate my contract and reimbursement the rest of the 4 weeks left on my agreement... Their reaction - I discover your contract ended on January 1st of the year. I told him you simply prepared a state with this agreement 10 minute before and he explained I observe that and certainly will inform statements at this time this agreement is terminated. I than proceeded to supply him evidence of the purchase day and he swiftly stated anything I really couldnot realize and hung-up on me.
