My Dryer is broken

I called the repair line two weeks ago to have my dryer fixed. I was told a repair person would call me the day before to give me a window on what time he would be coming. When I didn't hear back I called the repair line and was told to call first thing in the morning because they didn't have anyone set up yet. First thing I called and they still didn't know so the lady I spoke to was going to call dispatch and get back to me. When I didn't hear back I called again and was told they had let me a message, which was a lie, and told me it was going to be next week. I was instantly mad because I had taken a day off work. At 2:53 the phone rang and it was Sears Canada telling me someone would come the following day to fix my dryer, I said what time? She said they would call in half and hour and let me know. Nobody called. The next day I called and spoke with Tabitha and she called dispatch and they said their was no call sent out to me offering them to fix my dryer. I told her if my dryer doesn't get fix today I have no choice but to call the BBB. I told her I have proof on my phone and gave her the time date and number. I have missed now two days of work all because of empty promises and lies. They also said we will compensate you. I don't believe a word they say. Something needs to be done asap.
