Sears repair

My washer started leaking i called sears repair services some one came out on 10-31-11 check it and told me somebody else need to come out and repair it they came back out on 11-2-11 and told me they have to order some parts and they would have to come back out on 11-9-11 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm i did not go to work waiting for them 12:00 pm came no one came out i called they told me they running late some one will be there in about an hour i waited for an hour and a half no one came i called back they told me some one will contact me to let me know when there in there way three and a half hours pass i called again they told me that i have to wait until 11-18-11 because thats the earliest date they have but no one show up or call me to let me know that no one would be coming i lost a day of work for nothing i beed waiting to get my washer fix for over three weeks i called again they told me they can not do nothing about it untile my appt. Date that they have set for me and if i need to wash clothes that bad for me to go to laundry mat and wash my clothes and they reinburst me but i do not have the funds i will never recomend sears repair service to nobody they are the worst and they say one thing and do another again they are the worst
