I called sears service to repair my washer because it was leaking water, somebody came out on 10-31-11 told me he needs some pne else to come out and check it they came out on 11-2-11 they told me it needed parts and they will come out on 11-9-11 from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm i had to take the day of and nobody came out or called me to let me know they would not be able to make it i called at 12:00 pm to see why nobdy came out they told me they are running behind but some one will be out in about an hour an hour past i called again they told me some one will call me in a few minutes to let me know when there'r near i waited for 3 and a half hours no one call or came so i called again they said no one can come out untill 11-18-11 i said i can not wait that long it has beed three weeks since my washer broke and some one was suppose to fix it two week before they told me they can not do anything about it i have to wait untile that date witch is 11-18-11 and it was suppose to be fix on 11-2-11 but no one came to fix it i will never recomend this service to no body there the worst they will tell u one thing and do another again there the worst!!!
