Kenmore Elite - Flex Clean) Oven No LOnger Working - Kenmore Elite

We used the Flex Clean function yesterday evening and the over will not function properly (does not heat) this morning. I contacted the customer service group at Sears, indicated that there were numerous complaints posted on multiple websites that were similar to mine and asked if there were any recalls for the Kenmore Elite Oven. I was advised that there were no recalls.

Given the number of issues reported, I would like to understand how Sears will address these complaints.
