Flex Clean on Stove - Kenmore Elite Double Oven

My Kenmore Elite Double Oven was delivered April which is less than 10 months of usage. I used the Flex Clean on Saturday Feb 12. It seemed fine until after the cool down and the oven unlocked, I opened the door and the oven glass had multiple hairline cracks as well as lots of tiny pin hole chips in the glass. Now the oven will not even heat up anymore, I assume that it is a computer chip burned out or the oven got so hot that it burnt out the element.in that case I can assume that I am very lucky it did not explode. I want Sears to supply a new oven but have ordered repair to look at it. If this stove has this type of problem already and it is almost new then what other problems will occur. To me this type of problem could have been disastrous with the heat getting so high it broke the glass.
